Chitose - Lake Shikotsu Ice Festival

This is a winter festival representing Hokkaido, where various sizes of ice sculptures are lined up, made by spraying water from Lake Shikotsu with sprinklers and freezing it. During the day, it shines a natural blue color known as Lake Shikotsu Blue, and at night it is illuminated with colorful lights, creating a fantastical world.
