For the first time in Niseko Village, join Master Cheesemaker Vito Dicecca, founder of Baby Dicecca located in the heart of the Mercadante forest in Puglia, Italy as featured on Stanley Tucci's Searching for Italy and Amazon Prime's Dinner Club, for an exclusive mozzarella-making experience.

Using Hokkaido's famously fresh milk, Vito will guide you through the art of making fresh mozzarella. Savour your creation with curated light bites paired with wine or sake, making this an unforgettable culinary adventure.
